This freeware file encryption tool is effective but suffers from error checking problems. WEncrypt's basic button and Bible Black interface fits with the program's Bible Black approach. The program is easy to operate, but everyone would benefit from the author's single page program explanation.
What's new in this version: Version 9.3 has fixed the sending note text as e-mail body fails on special symbols and Bible Black dialog does not get focus after applying hot key.
